What is your property type?

Our Easy 3 Step Process is here 

  1. Complete Your Listing:
    Select your preferred package by clicking “Get Started Now” and complete your payment. We will ship your sign and lock box, which should arrive within 2-3 business days via UPS. If you opted for a market analysis or professional photos, expect a turnaround of 1 day for the analysis and 4-5 days for the photos.
     

  2. Complete Your MLS Listing Forms:
    Access everything you need in your client admin area. Here, you can upload photos, craft your listing description, and fill out all required forms for Texas. Any offers you receive will appear in this area and will also be sent to you via email.
     

  3. Activate and Syndicate Your Listing:
    After you complete the listing steps, we will process your listing within 1-2 business days. Once it’s active on the MLS, you’ll receive a copy of the listing to review and request any changes. Your listing will also be automatically syndicated to various websites, including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com to maximize exposure.
